Yesterday we had the OnApp XMAS party, I decided to take the time and get a before/after picture of myself from last year’s party and this years.
The difference ? 151 Lbs .. yep, I was a big dude
I can’t believe how much better and younger I look, it was a tough decision and hard work, it’s a complete lifestyle change, but one I had to make for my own embetterment (Yes I know, it’s a Bush word).
And we’re all glad you did. I think it’s fair to say that even without lots of detail some of us were worried before 🙂
