Today is my 1 year anniversary since my operation.
During that time I lost a staggering 152Lbs (that’s almost 69KG), dropped down 18 pant sizes and went from a 5-6XL to 2XL
It’s amazing how much better I feel and look, I can surely say now this was the best decision I could have done, it’s giving me years of extra life, and above all increased the quality of those years as well.
