I am trying to get a flat share in the Uk town of Swansea, today I called and spoke with the flat owner, “Adam”
He sounded like a nice guy, he has informed me that other people have also looked at the place and he will make up his mind by the end of the month.
From what I know the place is in Swansea, it’s a new home (4 years) and the only flat mates would be Adam and a recent graduate called Claire.
The rent itself is 200� a month, plus about 20� for utilities .. which is VERY good ..
Lets hope I get it 🙂
