		<description>I will be asking the landlord tomorrow, problem is most times (even in the US) landlords have house insurances that insure the house itself, but not tenannt&#039;s belongings .. say int he case of a fire, the house is insured, but the contents are not, so tenants need to take tenancy insurance :/</description>

		<description>I am sorry to here this. I know in the U.S. this would be covered under renter&#039;s insurance. Hopefully things will work out for you. It sucks to have something taken, no matter the cost really.</description>
